Indonesia Palm Oil Exports Rises 8 percent In 2018

As per the latest update from Indonesian Palm Oil Association (GAPKI), Indonesias 2018 exports of palm oils, including oleochemical and biodiesel shipments, increased by 8 percent from a year earlier to 34.6 million tonnes. The data stated that shipments to China and Pakistan rose last year, supporting global demand for the vegetable oil. On the other side, shipments to India dived 12 percent due to higher import tariffs imposed by the worlds biggest vegetable oil buyer.
